Shipping is free to any destination , both in Spain and in Europe and the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase amount.

BASIC Products

BASIC products have free shipping on orders over €100 .

For orders up to €100, the shipping costs are as follows:

All product returns will be inspected at the factory by our specialized Quality staff and once they have been analyzed, the customer will be informed of the result of that analysis and whether the return or the shipment of a new product is appropriate.

To request a return, please fill out a form indicating the reason for the return and attach photographs as proof. Our Quality team will contact you to arrange for the item to be collected for analysis.
