Shipping policy

All orders are prepared and dispatched from our workshop in Vigo (Pontevedra, Spain). We prepare orders Monday to Friday: orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.

Mainland Spain: Standard 6 € · 2-5 working days. Express 9 € · 1-4 working days.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Standard 9 € · 2-5 working days. Express 15 € · 1-4 working days.

European Union: International Standard 9,90 € · 4-10 working days. International Express 14,90 € · 2-7 working days.

United Kingdom: Standard 9,90 € · Express 20,90 €. Approximate delivery in 6-7 working days.

Free shipping to all of these destinations on orders of 100 € or more.

Rest of the world: write to us at info@unodeuno.com before ordering and we will confirm the cost and the delivery time.

Shipping rates are shown in euros. If you are shopping in another currency, the equivalent amount is applied at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment the order leaves the workshop, not from the moment of purchase.

TRACKING

When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and import VAT. These amounts are not charged at the time of purchase and are the responsibility of the recipient.

ADDRESSES AND INCIDENTS

Please check your address before confirming the order. If you made a mistake, or your delivery takes longer than expected, write to us at info@unodeuno.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
